Is HereFan legit?

 

HereFan is an incredible site and I'd recommend that everyone buy from there.

Their website is nice and organized, but a bit slow.

The customer service is unbelievable and they really go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied and get what you were looking for. 

HereFan offers free shipping if you order over a certain amount, which is different based on where you live. Here is a graphic taken from their website explaining their free shipping policy:

A service unique to them is their custom order feature. 

You submit a form with your information, the product name, a link to the product, how many of it you want and if you have any special requests such as color/type/version there is a place to add those as well.

HereFan customer support gets back to you (via the email you provided) with a spreadsheet detailing whether they have what you requested, how much each item costs and the shipping and packing fees. 

You can write back to them and ask more questions, make specific requests and ask about other items as well. 

They really go out of their way to assist you and ensure that you are provided with exactly what you requested. 

Once you confirm that you're satisfied they create a custom order page for you on their site with pictures of the items you requested. You can then go to that page, select the option to confirm your order and add it to your cart. 

Once you're done (if you're also ordering other things from them) you can checkout normally.

I've ordered from them once, and I'd 100% do it again. For part of that order I used the custom order feature and I cannot rave enough about how amazing and helpful they were.
